Imaging Workflow System (IWS)
Our proprietary Imaging Workflow System (IWS), offers a user-friendly workflow system for document management. It can be customized to meet the unique needs of your organization.
IWS is 100% Web based and can be accessed from a Web browser on the Internet. While it integrates easily with ECI HealthPAC, IWS can fluidly integrate into any core system running a DBMS (SQL Database).
Jwebsoft’s Document Imaging and Workflow system allows your company to go paperless and manage your documents. It can be used as a simple digital store-and-retrieval imaging system; or it can be used as a complex imaging workflow that manages and monitors the paperwork, and controls access to the images. IWS is a dynamic system that can be set up for any situation and can integrate almost any third party system.
Our advanced on-line claims status and benefits system is currently integrated with the ECI HealthPAC system, but is versatile enough to be integrated with any claims system. Web eXchange can deliver claim status, plan accumulator, and benefit information to a wide variety of people. There are portals for each category of user that may want to look at your data on-line: Employers, PPO’s, Providers, Customer Service Specialists, and Members.
Web eXchange is a streamlined, customizable and easy-to-use on-line information system. While it includes the standard accumulator, claims and eligibility, summary plan description, explanation of benefits look-up tools, it also delivers many tools and features to the on-line user such as a TPA link for “Understanding Your Health Plan” which includes educational information to help members better understand their the plan and the services available. Members can also print their own temporary identification cards. Web eXchange is versatile and provides many useful functions to help our clients.
Pharmacy Benefit Manager Access
D. H. Evans Associates has access to several Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) with on-line real time eligibility access, enabling us to provide instant prescription services to our clients.
PPO Network Access
We have access to many local and national PPO networks allowing us to provide networks almost anywhere in the continental United States. D. H. Evans Associates also has on-site claims repricing arrangements for numerous provider networks. On-site repricing provides timely assessment and application of discounts for various network agreements.
Brokerage Services
Our strong reinsurance market presence includes solid relationships with some of the Nation’s leading Managing General Underwriters, Reinsurance Companies and other excess and surplus markets.
We strive to provide competitive quotations in a timely and efficient manner. The stop loss rates are presented in conjunction with our administrative proposal, providing a comprehensive overview of the costs and services recommended for the prospective client. One of our sales consultants will arrange for delivery of our proposal and, if requested, will assist with the client presentation.
