Following is a list of Pharmacy (Rx) Benefit Managers that our clients have utilized to control prescription drug costs. The list is not all-inclusive and we periodically add additional network partners that can benefit our clients.
If you are participating in a plan administered by D. H. Evans Associates, please refer to your Plan’s Rx ID card for the Pharmacy Benefit Manager serving your plan and click the logo below if you want to visit their website. The first time you access their website you will need to create a member account. Then you will be able to access your Rx benefits to find a local pharmacy, reorder mail order prescriptions and check pricing among other features.
